The gist of this is, these two deaf guys bought something from the store and as they walked out the alarm went off. Obviously being deaf, they could not hear this. Then a failed police man dumb ass security guard tackles the unsuspecting man and starts to viciously choke him. His friend trying to get the receipt out of the bag to put an end to this situation is carelessly shoved away multiple times in what appears to be a power trip of an assisting guard twat.
